USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You retain ownership of all User Content submitted to the Services.

By submitting User Content, you grant ProtonHuto AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
ProtonHuto AI does not claim ownership of User Content.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of Services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All software, algorithms, branding, logos, designs, interfaces, content, and technology associated with ProtonHuto AI are owned by ProtonHuto AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, users may not:

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

PROTONHUTO AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR LEGAL PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROTONHUTO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PROTONHUTO AI’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO PROTONHUTO AI DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProtonHuto AI, its officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
• Your use of the Services
• Your uploaded content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
TERMINATION
ProtonHuto AI may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for:
• Violation of these Terms
• Security concerns
• Legal requirements
• Discontinuation of Services
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services immediately ceases.
