This Refund and Returns Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for subscriptions and services purchased through ProtonHuto AI.

Because ProtonHuto AI provides digital services and AI-powered contract analysis, traditional product returns are not applicable.

  1. DIGITAL SERVICES

ProtonHuto AI offers digital software and subscription-based services. Once access to the platform or analysis services has been provided, no physical product is delivered and therefore no physical returns can be accepted.

  1. SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS

Subscription fees are charged in advance according to the selected plan.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize ProtonHuto AI to charge the applicable recurring fees until your subscription is canceled.

  1. CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

• No additional renewal charges will be applied.

• Access to paid features may be removed when the current subscription period expires.

  1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be granted when:

• You were charged multiple times due to a technical error.

• A billing error occurred.

• You were unable to access the service due to a verified platform issue.

• Applicable consumer protection laws require a refund.

Refund requests must generally be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original charge.

Unless required by law, the following are generally non-refundable:

• AI-generated reports and recommendations.

• Subscription periods that have already been used.

• Account credits, promotional credits, or bonus features.

• Services disrupted by user-side technical issues beyond our control.

  1. FREE TRIALS

If ProtonHuto AI offers a free trial period, users are responsible for canceling before the trial ends if they do not wish to continue.

Failure to cancel before the end of the trial period may result in automatic billing according to the selected subscription plan.

  1. BILLING DISPUTES

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve billing concerns promptly.

  1. PROCESSING OF APPROVED REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
